I was wondering if slurpees are off limits...the coke kind?? There doesn't seem to be any carbonation in them, just ice?
Thanks

I've been dry skin brushing for about a year. It's common in Europe, not so much here. I got the idea from Teresa Tapp, whose exercise videos T-Tapp, I do. She sells the dry skin brushes for about 10 dollars on her website. It takes me about 5 minutes a day. Whether this will help with sagging and loose skin or not, I am not sure. For the small amount of money and time invested, I am willing to give it a shot! I figure anything that doesn't hurt might help:smile2:

Hi all,
I am new to the forum. I am 9 days out from lap band surgery. I was banded in Tijuana by Dr. Ortiz. I'm still on liquids...start full liquids tomorrow. I have been following my post-op instructions carefully but it's killing me to fix my kids food and not eat, lol. My highest weight was 289 and my surgery weight was 213. I haven't weighed since the surgery but I feel lighter, lol:thumbup:
I find so many of the posts here an inspiration to me!!

Hi all, I tapped pretty consistently till I got pregnant with my daughter. Now that I have been banded I want to start back at some sort of exercise. I thought the Basic + 15 minute workout would be a good beginning.
My surgeon says no exercise for 3 weeks (other than walking) and no ab work for 3 months.
I don't think the basic + would be considered ab work, do you???
Thanks,
Sylvia
