hi sylvia, i'm at a stand still again, i had another 1/2 cc put back in and no restriction at all unless i try to eat bread. i think i'll wait another 2 weeks and go back. i'm at a total of 46 pounds and it feels great to be in a size 14. of course i still wear my 16's and love all the room in them!!!! i hope your kids adjust okay with the divorce--i know it must be hard on you and them--hang in there!!! how old are they?? my boys are 15 and 11 and keep me running, my husband lives in ohio and comes home every other weekend so i know how it is to be a single parent and its rough!!! i've been doing this for 2 years, unfortunatly this is where his job is and the bills gotta get paid.. talk to you soon...kelley
