Brad, i have been reading some of your post and have a few questions for you. I went to a site and got my BMR, it is 2390 cal, then I calculated my activity level which recommended I multiply my BMR by 1.5. This figure came out 3700 calories a day to maintain. If I go by your recommendation of a 750 deficit that would put me at 2995 cals a day. Is this correct? It seems like an awful lot of calories. Will you also please explain exactly how you cycle your calories? Do I do a week at 3700 then a week at 2995? And continue my work out routine the entire time? Also with my work out routine, i don't change it much I am doing the same exercises week in and week out. Should I cycle that as well? You are a wealth of knowledge my man.
