I have my first appointment in 3 weeks to discuss getting a sleeve which I think is probably my best option to finally get control over my weight. I'm 49 years old and I have been overweight my entire life. I dont want to spend the rest of my life depressed and avoiding pictures and unable to feel good in my clothes. I am terrified and feel that my age will limit my weight loss (due to menopause) and I'm scared of the pain.
