I really could use some input here...I have no idea what's going on!

yes I had the flu like that and I was able after a while to actually get some to come back up thru the band. I kept my eating to a minimum for a few day's after. My chest, arms and stomach ached for day's after. Dont want to do that again. -
Does any one have the inamed/allergan #10 band that holds 4cc ? If so, at what amount did you hit your sweet spot? I have 3.75 and have not hit it yet?

I was just wondering if anyone else has the #10 band that holds 4cc's, and at what amount did you hit your sweet spot? I have 3.75 and have not hit it yet.

I dont think that the band can hold 7 cc. I believed that it could only hold 5 which includes the tubing. -
HEY GOOD LUCK TOMORROW, good news , no more liver shrink. See you at the next support meeting.

hey didn't know about drinking anything before the fill, I have had several fills and just get it done in the office, and without numbing injection . Possibly there could be a reaction if you have to drink something.

kartman, havent heard anything like that, possibly nerves.

Have you had a leak in your port/tubing and had to have it replaced?

after months of no restriction and losing cc's my dr. replaced my port and found a whole in the tubing. Probably from the 1st fill. I was stuck at high as 30 times per fill. I even had to go to the hospital to get a fill under flouro. I had insurance coverage for the initial banding, but with a job change my spouses insurance didn't cover. Now I have many bills to pay......Shouldn't the Dr. be responsible for this, I didn't puncture the tubing? -
the same thing happened to me ...to my counts I had at least 7cc and my band only holds 4cc. I had been keeping track by my dr never brought in my chart. So finally after not losing and no restriction, I called him on it, he always had a hard time finding my port. Well as it turns out , I had a leak in my tubing next to my port. Another surg. and more bills, now filled to 3.75 I do feel some restriction but havent hit the sweet spot yet. I would ask dr if you have a possible leak, or maybe one of your fills missed the port.
