My name is Linda, I am a mother of 4 ladies. My oldest is 23 and my youngest is 6. I have always struggled with a complex about either my weight or how others will view me. Now that I am fixing to be 40, I have realized that my issues have started to affect me physically. I want to be healthy and feel better all around. so, I have made the first step and contacted a Bariatric Center. Currently awaiting a call back from them to start my plan. Any advice you may have, I am open to. Thanks
