28lbs total. 17 since my surgery. I think that's a decent start.

Well today is my first post op appointment. I can't wait to see how much I actually lost.
-
I was worried as well it wasn't until the 6th day after surgery. As my nurse stated you consumed nothing but liquids.

I was strictly told I could only bring my bipap machine, ID/Insurance card, and a comfortable change of clothes to go home in. Didn't need or use a heating pad protein drinks or a binder. Mine was local.

I think it was about vitamins. Not taking them 1 week before surgery.
-
Thank you. I hope yours goes just as well.
-
Oh. I was able to start them the day after I got home.
-
Extremely well. Thank you for asking.
-
Why are you taking bariatric vitamins? If you haven't had your surgery?

I have BCBS and I buy my own vitamins they're not covered because it's OTC.
-
If you want it bad enough. I never thought I could do it but I focused on the light at the end of the tunnel, which got bigger every day. Good luck 👍

I'm feeling very good. I never had gas which was surprising. My pain was managed very well. 1 week is plenty of time off (office) work. Being on full liquids really opened my food opportunity. I think I am an exception to the rule with how well I am doing.
