Hi Nessa! First of all congratulations on your weight loss, you are doing G-R-E-A-T!:thumbup: I lost all my weight post-op, I was not placed on a pre-op diet. I have always eaten about a cup of food, lots of proteins and little bad carbs. I also hit the gym very early, I say in the beginning of november. I was also using my Wii Fit. I would say the exercise has been a blessing, I do about 2 to 3 hours. A mix of cardio and weights training. Dont compare yourself or think you are doing anything wrong. We are losing at different rates because we are all shape differently. Again you are doing amazingly well! My friend lost about 30 pounds in her first three months, she has now lost 120 pounds, about 14 months post op.
