i know what you mean with the kids mine are 12, 6 and 3. My oldest was just great though and so was my hubby.

Yeah this site is great. i personally usully lose slow.I was a total yo yo dieter too. I am 6 months out and have lost 35lb total so far. but I am happy with it.

I have been exersizing alot so that helps. i have lost moreinches then weight.
