    Couch to 5K ?

    I am also interested in doing this. I am looking for a group of people to do this with. How many on here are interested in committing to the program. I just can't seem to do this on my own and need the support. I REALLY used to love running. Now, probably due to the excess weight, i struggle with it alot. Actually dislike it is the more accurate answer. I am hoping that I will lose some weight and learn to love it again. I would really like a comitted team if anyone is interested in keeping up with each other.

  3. Hello all, I have been banded since Aug 2008. I have had 4 or 5 fills with little or no problems. However, I just had a 3/4 cc fill yesterday and am now pb'ing alot. I have no heart burn (acid reflux) and slept well. But this is annoying. I have a general "stuffed" feeling. For instance, I have eaten about 4 bites of food and a few pills today. I have drank about 2 cups of coffee and I just PB'd the coffee. Now I have heard that the day after a fill there is some swelling. Should I go to liquids? Should I just be patient and give it a couple days? Should I get a small unfill? Maybe I am just getting stuck... Thanks

    Weakness when exercising

    When I am exercising sometimes I get real weak all of a sudden, almost faint:w00t:. I am trying to lose alot of weight of course (150 lbs) or more. Right now I weigh about 357. I just bought a bike and want to ride ALOT. But, I am afraid of having an "episode":scared2: while I am far from home. I wonder if the problem is a lack of calories. I am eating about 1000 calories per day, per doctors orders. Isn't that too little. Or am I just that out of shape or what. Maybe I just need to continue and it will get better. But I just wanted to get others feedback. Thanks

    Weakness when exercising

    Should I be eating just before I exercise? I usually wait about an hour or so. But, I will look into the blood suger. That is EXACTLY the feeling that I get. Thanks
  6. Hello, how are you? You probably don't remember me BUT... I NEED YOUR HELP! How are you doing on your program. I am still losing weight and I need to lose about 50-75lbs in the next 3 months. I am scheduled to deploy to Iraq. I need to lose the weight. I have what I think is a clean diet and I am training HARD!!! But, I need a mentor and accountability partner. I am scared that I will not be able to deploy with my unit if I don't lose the weight. So, I have to be precise, deliberate and accurate. I have no time to lose. Holla back to me.

  8. Hello, I saw a reply that you did. I weigh 380 now and want to lose about 180lbs. I want to get to 200lbs. Anyway, I saw that your goals where kinda close to mine. I am looking for a couple people to blog with for support. I wanted to know if we could keep in touch and work together. I could really lose the help. I will be going o the gym doing about an hour of cardio 5 times per week also. I was planning on doing the Atkins diet. So, yeah let know.
