Hi! I been doing ok. I been in the liquid diet for almost a month and I'm so ready for munchies! My Doctor's appointment is next week so I will have the official weight in and excited and scared all at the same time because I'm afraid the scale will say something crazy like 1 pound loss but I have hope it will say more. What about you? did u quit your obsession with the scale? Keep me posted ans Happy Thanksgiving!!! I will be having turkey soup!!!!
