I just read that consuming under 800 calories may contribute to a stall. I've been so busy tracking water and protein that I haven't been really monitoring calories but I'm sure I'm under. Anyone else been told this? -
Protein powder is the worst. I'm still in pureed stage so I've been buying Fairlife shakes; expensive but they taste good and are 30 grams each. I figure it's an investment until I can eat more food.

Hi, had VSG on 5/10. Didn't feel horrible afterwards but I think the lack of sleep made me feel worse the first few days. First decent night sleep last night changed my outlook tremendously. I'm still super puffy, I'd appreciate that to go down. -

***TMI warning *** That was so smart!!! I had my VSG on 5/10 and haven't pooped since probably 5/8 and today is 5/14... Im starting to wonder how much of my post surgery bloat is from that! -

I scheduled through MedicalMex. Definitely nervous. Not so much about the Mexico part, just about having the surgery in general.
