Hi Francine I am glad to hear from you. I have been so busy have not been on here much. Not doing so well yet lost 15 lbs but tht is better than nothing. Had my first fill in Sept that was interesting, I have alot of retriction but I think I am eating stuff I should not but will get better. I have noticed that I have gone from a size 22 jeans to 18 so am losing inches also I donot lose weight fast so I am still learning. hope to hear from you again. GOD BLESS
