I got lazy there for a while hadnt moved in ages but something has clicked in my head and im back on track feel determined again to lose 2more stone just like i was in the beginning which im thrilled about i didnt think id ever get myself back in that frame of mind but well done mate x

Umm i dont think its reflux i have then cos nothing is coming up just that gurgling air feeling cos i defo dont feel like the band is too tight cos i can still eat alot if thats the band too tight im screwed lol i was actually gona go for a fill next month just dying to lose more and it aint happening...

Ah thanks mmm for the quick reply i dont think its reflux i have then i duno what it is just like rumbling air bubbles or something its just quite embaressing at times and all my friends have noticed it im just worried incase it was something wrong... Hope ur keeping well but yeah i just havnt been on as much thought id take a step back im still the same weight this 6months havnt moved really im gaining and losing the same few lbs which i dont mind just really wish i could get another 2stone off or at least one but i cant get it to move so not in the best of form but im mainting easy enough so happy about that... Glad u got ur problem sorted and hopefully the amount of fill u have in now will help

Hi all hope everyone is doing well... Just a question can someone explain to me what reflux is??? When i lie down in bed my throat starts gurgling sound like a belly rumble but in my throat it can happen when i drink coffee first thing in the morning too but just wondering if anyone else is like that or is it normal i can feel it like air in my throat and near fee like burping but dont Thanks for ur time flirty x

Hey Gerri Gota say i had little pain and didnt even take all my pain meds the docs were shocked i woke up laughing after the op and in great form compared to the band op i was sick as hell and groggy for 2days id never want to go through that again i was awake a hour and on the phone to friend who were out on the town and having best of craic and i was fairly sliced up some people thought i was mad doing all the ops at once but im glad i did but i must say it took about 4months or so before i felt completely recovered i gota say i wouldnt advise harley clinic they are the same type of thing as ACS i just wouldnt trust them but then again thats just me im very choosy about surgeons etc but i would say clane would be the best u'd get in ireland any other questions fire away

Hi Gerri I had a tummytuck fleur de lys the one thats hip to hip and right up the middle cos i had so much excess skin i had boob lift and arm lift at same time 10hour op but best thing ever i got it done in methley park hospital leeds u can look it up on net by Mr Oliver Fenton he was brilliant and excellent care i didnt have the balls to go whole way to belgium for such a big op and im glad i didnt i got a slight build up of fluid in my belly 2months after op and had to go back over mr fenton kept me in a few nights and sorted it out at no extra cost and kept in great comntact with my gp so had no probs i feel if i went to belgium it would of been hard work getting sorted out

Hi lil i know the taxi fare is only included when u fly into the international airport i was told it would be 150 extra from charleroi airport so id double check with fred...

Ah im sure it wont be a prob then once its paid in full before the op even if you pay the deposit when u book ur op date and then u pay the rest when u get over i dont see a prob at all u dont pay full amount till your over there so no probs

Hi weightogo Im near 100% positive that Fred will tell u the money has to be paid in full before the op can u not wait till you have the 4000 together? I cant see him doing it any other way but maybe im wrong

Hi the reckiroom its perfectly normal to be starving at this stage and getting hungry after all u have nothing in the band and all of us had the same experience mad to get a fill the fill its self is nothing i describe it as the same as the wee injections u had to do for 5days after the op im terrified of needles but seriously its nothing or id be first to say fred just feels for the port and in he goes nothing to it takes less than a min... No xray or anything is involved usually ur first fill will be 3mls as for restriction i aint best to answer but some people need very few fills others like me need alot more iv had 10or11 now but there aint too many like me thank god lol u decide when u need a fill you'l know by how much u can eat and how ur loss is going fred or whoever will decide on how much fill u will receive but seriously ur weight loss so far is fab can u imagine losing that 15lbs so quick before this but just remember the weight loss can come to a halt every now and agin but give it time and it will soon start again just try mixing up ur calorie intake on different days etc the more weight u lose the more fill u need as the fat around the belly goes the band lossens a bit hope all that has made sense Susybaby hope the above also answers ur question

Oh Garry you must be dying to eat something but the weight will prob fall off now wish i was in your position for a while...

Hey bobo yeah i was thinking that myself il prob be super tight and be a nightmare at xmas and dying to eat all before me but if i can just have tiny amounts at a time il be happy least i mite not gain over the festive season lol

Hey all Well i mailed Fred and told hom how upset i was that i feel nothing from the last fill and how hard im finding it to control things etc and i was upset i had spent so much on fills he replied very quick and and told me to come to next clinic in dublin and he would give me more fill and check my band so im much happier so im going to stop complaining for a while lol Hope everyone is well x

Hey Garry damm id hate not bein able to eat after a wkends drinking but id kinda be glad at the same time must say it's never happened to me but id say bobo is right ur band must of tightened up and shrank back to it's restricted size let us know how it goes over next few days

Ah sounds like ya had a good one in germany then lol Eh dont talk about exercise i hate it and like u cant really get into it but i do like the water aerobics doesnt really feel like exercise and the water is ment to be best for toning the skin and i wana keep it toned now after all i went through so much getting the op i cant let myself down by not maintaining it and putting a bit of effort in im going to go 3times a wk and pilates 2days also good for toning im only joined gym for a month so il see how i go or should i stay if i stick it lol but ur doing fab and u deserve to enjoy the wee bevy

Hey bobo yeah im just like a bull but sure what can i do im goin to start up Water aerobics again as my scars are well healed and at least it'l keep my skin toned and hopefully maybe kick start my loss a bit im also gone back to following my strict diet of my one meal a day seems to be only way i can lose weight gona work as hard as i ever did between now and xmas really wana make my new goal but hope ur doin good x

Hey All Well got my fill yesterday only got half ml even though i wanted more and im well piss*d off excuse the language no difference at all i know ur not ment to eat for a few days but i had to test it and meat everything no prob what a waste of money iv had 10fills what a joke and half the time i must not of got what i paid for or my band would be ready to burst at this stage i should of kept my money what a waste of time (sorry for the rant lol) But i think in future il go to wendy if i cant get weight moving on my own she seems to be honest and gives advice iv been complaining of no restriction now since i got the band and all i was told yesterday was u have restriction u have lost most of ur weight and true i have but i ate hardly anything most days on my own will not the bands Im just sick of been fobbed off and spent €1200 on fills within a year

Hey fatpants i got it done in methley park in leeds i got all dont together and it was just under a 10hour operation I heard alot of negative stories about having such a big op and so much work done at once and the dangers but decided to go ahead anyway and glad i did i at least i had one recovery time and im all recovered now i would of hated getting it done seperatley but thats me im very impatient and want everything at once lol

Hey Lynxie Just wana say im banded since last Sept and have had 9fills and still never got restriction like i heard other people speak about but everyone is different my experience with the band is i have to eat slower so i dont get the stuck feeling but i can eat anything and everything and any amount once i go slow the band is only a tool it is far from what i thought it was gona be as in i thought after a few mouthfulls id be full but that never happened but i am so happy i got the band cos it really made me think about what im eating and gave me the push i needed from the sept to july i lost over 7stone and i had my tummytuck arm lift and breast lift and reduction so within 11months my life completely changed and im now down 8 and a half stone since being banded and 10stone from my heaviest but still want another stone and a half off so im gona get my ass in gear now and get back working at the weight as after my cosmetic surgery i went off my diet.... But just try be patient with the loss im sure if u read back u'l see me complaing non stop about not having restriction so i just advise get ur head set and you'l be grand and hopefully ur fills will kick in a bit more than mine and help u out
