Protein is a big one. My nutritionist told me I needed 110 grams daily. I normally get around 100. I start the day with a quasi smoothie- frozen fruit with unflavored protein powder - whip it up with an immersive blender. That's about 30+ grams. You can use more than a scoop. I end the day with another one. During the day, I try to focus in protein enriched meals. Each evening I eat a protein bar that contains around 21 grams of protein. Careful of protein bars with little protein.
