I am currently starting the puree stage and I've made a few things that I really enjoy and then freezed individual small portions using Souper Cubes. So far I've made chicken vegetable soup which consisted of homemade bone broth, zucchini, tomatoes, white beans, corn, fresh peas, carrots, onion, celery, fresh dill and fresh parsley. After it cooked I pureed it and it was so good! Had the texture of split pea but had amazing flavor. Tonight I roasted sweet potatoes and butternut squash and then pureed them. Tomorrow I plan on using the leftover sweet potatoes, butternut squash, onions, and bell peppers that I roasted tonight and putting them in a lentil soup and puree together.
