Farting too a few days and to go #2 one week for me and the initial farting was painful. the Gas pain the first 2 days were horrible 😣 walking around was the only thing and gas x but was still very painful. had my mom rub my back and told her to please do it hard as it was so painful then was sore for like a week for the rib too. Salon pass pads helped and warm packs. -

Hi all Had my surgery Friday 4/8. please be prepare for the Gas pains, the first couple of days, walk it and warm packs . pains are getting better. i did ask for some melatonin the 2 nd night new able to rest a lil bit. trying to get the fluids in. -

I used the caramel protein with decaf coffee added ice omg delicious caramel latte🤤 felt like it was a treat -

Hi all!! My surgery is on the 8th and i am a bit nervous never had surgery before. Any suggestions for a good protein shake? i have not liked any of the ones i have tried😵💫
