Hello, I’m currently on the pre op diet. At the start of the second week I began having severe back and neck pain that’s shoots up to the back of my head. Has anyone had this issue? I thought maybe it’s the lack of electrolytes. I have been drinking more than enough water. At this point I’m so disappointed because I had been exercising and losing that pre surgery weight. Now I’m almost immobile and I’m less than a week from surgery!

Thanks guys for responding. I did call my surgeon and waiting for a response. I have been drinking more Gatorade zero and hopefully that does it. I’ll look into that liquid IV as well. Thanks!
