    So today is my first day back at work after my DS on 03/22. I’m halfway to my protein goal and my water goal both for the day, but I’m sitting here on my lunch break feeling Shadey, and a tad bit lightheaded. Did anyone else have this problem when they returned to work? Does it go away? s

    I’m actually a pharmacy technician. I’m on my feet a lot and walking back and forth across the pharmacy.
