Yes the addiction is so real, was not planning on quitting but was forced to. My mom was a smoker for several years and to quit you just have to be ready and I was not there yet, still am not but Im being good for the sake of surgery. I see you had your surgery a couple weeks ago hope all is going well. -
That is my surgery date as well!

I have terrible anxiety so it is way easier said then done, I dont do anything else to relieve anxiety like some do(medical marjuana) but I am going to try what I can, I did try Chantex and it made me extreamly sick and I cant stand that feeling. But thanks all for the encouraging words. Kudo to all for quitting. -

Hello, I am new to this group, I'm Stephanie from st. Louis Missouri, having surgery on 3/30. Love the fact there is support groups around that are not social media based(Facebook) as I am not on there. Good luck to everyone, of anyone wants to reach out you can always good to have close friends for support! We can do this!
