My doctor recommends 600-800 calories per day 60-80 grams of protein...But I didn't track/focus on calories until I was on solid "regular" foods. First 2 months was all about getting my protein, fluids, and vitamins down...as well as letting my body heal.
Even now 6 months out I have good days and bad days. Learning to love ourselves and bodies is difficult ...you're doing great!!
