I went over seas a few weeks ago and found no diferance then before I was banded. I did keep a Zip bag in my purse just in case I had a problem. I ate and drank as usual (my new banded amount) and even had a glass of wine on the flight home. Don't forget to drink lots of water! Have a good flight, Weaver1
