My goal is to loose 100 pounds I'm currently weighing 276 I'm 5'6 .I need a support group to help me to reach my goal.
my surgery is March 25th I really happy to loose the wait,but after reading the warning signs I must say I'm nervous also .Anyone out there can tell me about there experience.
