    So I attended the pre op zoom and wrote down a bunch of suggestions and they had mentioned all the vitamins to take including biotin and I misplaced that paper 😖 my liquid diet starts on the 12th so now I’m getting nervous because I really haven’t been taking my vitamins as I should
