    Hello there ! I had surgery on Nov 5 - 2007. I have had two fills. Just had my second last Friday. I restricted me to 7CC . My Band will max at 10CC. I was maintaining my weight for about six weeks. Make sure you eat all your calories. I'm at 1200 a day. Also workout. You will lose.
