My starting weight was 227. I did 7 days of lover shrinking diet and one day clear liquids and was down to 221.8. Today,(6days post op) I am 216.8. I havent lost any weight since yesterday. Caffeine After Surgery

So, coffee is my weakness. They told me to cut it out during my pre op which was a week and I did. I am 4 days post op today and I had my first cup. Just make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids.
