Hi Gina, I'm so sorry I didn't get right back to you. I haven't been here since I had ankle surgery September 24th. I gained back weight and got a little depressed. Thank you for the compliment. I haven't had surgery until I lose 30 pounds. I'm so happy for you, you are already 2 months out. How are you? How does it feel? Who was your Doctor in Fremont? I am assigned to Dr. Hahn. I am not happy with him, he tried to talk me out of the Lapband for Gastro telling me he felt it worked better and he believed in it. He was pretty clear that he was simply putting the lapband in because Kaiser approved it but he didn't. I am back to trying to get to the weight goal. Hi, Christina, I'm sorry I haven't signed in for like 2 months! I was having surgery on my ankle. I had broke it in May and 2 surgeries. I'm better now but I only had like 15 pounds to lose and after my surgery I totally gained 15 pounds, now I'm back to square one! I'm so upset, so I haven't came back her because I'm sure people will ask me! Looks like you had your surgery and I'm hoping everything went well for you! Oh you had it like 3 months ago..lol Well, let me know how you are doing with eating and comfort. My husband supports me also. I've lived in Stockton all my life and graduated from Stagg in 86. Hi, My name is Leisa. I was wondering if you decided to go with Fremont, I am going with them. I'm not happy with my surgeon Dr. Hahn, I think he is against banding and doesn't have anything nice to say to me about it. But I have talked to a lot of people here and still think it is the right choice for me. Let me know what's going on with you ok? Thanks..

Hi, I'm Leisa, I know you have been asking all these questions in 2007, I know I'm a year late. Did you have the surgery with Kaiser? I am from Stockton and had to drive to Fremont and I'm at the part where I need 15 more pounds to set the date. I really would like to talk with people from Kaiser. They made me feel scared today, telling me how they don't have enough surgeries with the Lap band to talk about success stories and just tried talking me into the gastro bypass instead. Having the Lapband, hopefully this year.:thumbup: Need to lose 100 but I'll be happy with 80. I'm almost 40 and I want to try to get pregnant next year. Just want to get all the information I can get here about the surgery, the after, the results and make some friends!:grouphug:
