This one is totally my favorite! My husbands twin was there too. He is now at Walter Reed with a serious leg injury! I'll be thinking about you and your DH! Does he have to go back? Ahh, you make me blush! Yeah it's very cold here. I had to break out my winter coat and the boots already. I need a strong guy like you to keep me warm! No really I love fall it is so beautiful here with all the color changes, it's winter I don't like. How is it in Texas? You guys are probably still wearing shorts!

Muscle Milk Cookies -N-Cream flavor. To date this is the only protein shake that I can stand to drink everyday! This is breakfast everyday at 9:30 A.M. This is a great little blender for protein shakes. Walmart $14.99.

I have that same blender too. I haven't used the Muscle Milk yet though. How much protein does it have in a single serving? I use one that has 26 grams...just wondering how it compares... -

That is one of the coolest things I've seen. I take x-rays at my job...never came across one of those.
