Hello, Everyone!!! I have had my lapband for a week, and I have some questions!!!!! Ok, here is the deal... I have tried to drink the protein but I just can not get it down!!!!!!! I am eating yogurt and drinking the light yogurt smoothies.. If I get around 20 to 25 grams of protein from this will that be enough?? Does anyone have any ideas????? WORRIED!!!!!:teeth_smile:
