HI I TO AM ON STAGE TWO DIET....I EAT EGGS WITH MELTED CHEESE...MASHED POTS...REFRIED BEANS AND CHEESE...BAKED POTS WITH NO SKIN(THOSE ARE MY FAV)...SF PUDDING....THE KEY THING IS TO MAKE SURE U CHEW IT REALLY WELL....IF U FEEL A CHUNK IN IT DONT EAT IT....THATS THE RULE I GO BY AT THIS POINT...I MOVE TO STAGE 3 NEXT FRIDAY....HOPE THIS GIVES U A SMALL IDEA
