I have used http://BeefJerkyRecipes.com to find Beef Jerky recipes. They have what seems to be a million recipes that you can search a number of ways: by meat type, by flavor, and even by your method of preparation. Its a great resource that will help you learn to make your own jerky. Its not as hard as people think. Good luck!
