We are surgery twins. Mine is the 21st at 10:30 pacific time. I've lost 19 so far on the pre-op diet. -

First couple of days were rough for me too. Now, day 5, it's not bad. Matter of fact, the other day I walked into a place that sells Cinnabon, the scent of which usually gets my mouth watering, instead it made me slightly nauseous. I'm drinking tons of water though. The first few days this was to manage hunger, now it's just to keep hydrated. The low calories have triggered a couple of migraines though. -

I was getting ready to order from Amazon when I found them at Walmart. They hadn't previously been there. You might want to double check walmart again because, for me, they were cheaper. -
Had my original surgery 21 years ago. Scheduled for revision on the 21st. Also in the midst of the pre-op diet. Lost 7lbs already lol I hate that my Dr wants me logging my weight every day.

I'm on day 2 as well. I am allowed one small meal a day though, so it's rough but I know it could be worse. I'm drinking a lot of water and crystal light when I feel hungry. We've got this! -

Day 1 of the modified liquid diet. Going to have to watch my blood sugars. I've got to see how they react to breakfast and lunch being protein drinks and a low carb/high protein dinner. Right now they were too low to need to take insulin when I'm not sure how they are going to react to the liquid meal. I'm not complaining though lol! -

How many grams is each shake? Mine are 30 grams protein each so I'm getting 90 grams in just 3 shakes. -

I start Monday as well. Breakfast and lunch shakes, dinner can either be a shake or 3-4 oz of a lean protein and 1 cup veggies.
