    Hair loss

Hi , I'm 5 months post op , I noticed hairloss around 1month a go , when I wash my hair I lose the most , some days I loose more hair then others, I take my vitamins everyday , I don't get my 80g of protein in a day like I should, I'm really starting to try hit my target each day now of 80g , I've added in protein shakes to help achieve this, how long does this hairloss go on for ? It's been 1 month, i really don't want to loose anymore 😓😥😢 I take the highest strength biotin I started taking that 1 month pre op, I'm going to start taking collegen , is this something I just need to ride out ? I know my hair will grow back but I don't want to lose it in the first place
  2. I'm 5 months post op and I've lost 27kg , I have 20kg more to go untill I hit target , when did you start to maintain? My doctor told me after 12 months things start to slow down, is this true? I'm really hoping I will reach my goal , I'm putting a lot of work in Tia

    I'm so weak!!

Strange isn't it, maybe it's because we're not eating as much as we was ? , when I came out of hospital I recovered so quickly, I had no pain, I didn't even need to stay in over night because I was doing so well , now a couple of months have passed I feel so week, hopefully you will feel better soon and hopefully I will too!

  7. So I had my surgery a couple of months ago and I feel so weak! Just walking round a supermarket drains every bit of my energy and my body aches after , I'm not strong like I used to be, I'm really trying to get my protein In , I've done well today with 80g but some days I only get 30g in , when will I get my energy back?

    Bowel movements

This is completely normal, I didn't go for over 2 weeks, you need to try drink as much as possible , keeping hydrated will help
  9. Hi so I'm on the pill and I don't have periods as my pill stops this, 2 weeks before my op I was spotting, I don't know if the milk diet stressed my body out , I had my op 3 weeks ago, I'm having such a heavy period! Is this normal ? Anyone else experience this after surgery? I've been on for 5 weeks ! I have a appointment with my doctor in a couple of weeks, just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced long heavy periods after surgery?

I'm hoping pureed stage will be better ! 4 days to go and I can try puree
