    Hi all I go in Monday for surgery so excited a little nervous but not too bad. I’m starting liquid diet tomorrow and Sunday. Any useful tips I be grateful. So happy it’s here doesn’t seem possible. I had it postponed due to the pandemic and had to start from scratch again with classes and all.

    I have a question My surgery is March 21 and I’m day one of pre op diet. I have been eating protein fruits and veggies only. My tummy hurts is this normal ? Is it becuase it’s not used to healthy food ? How do you help ease the pain during this transition time
