Hey everyone! Im new here and hoping to find some support and accountability in the gym and kitchen. Im 28 years old and work full time at a high school as an athletic trainer. I currently weight train/workout 6 days a week and run 4 (marathon training). Im coming off of a disney world vacation and struggling with being tired and lack of motivation. Id love to talk with anyone who wants an accountability partner and/or has similar lifestyle and goals 😅
