Hello Yettia1031, My name is Sabrina and I have been considering the lapband surgery for about 6 months(I'm scared to death!) and I was just wondering if your experience with the surgery was a positive one? I'm an emotionally eater and recently separated from my husband and my eating is out of control!! Are you having any trouble following the diet? I was hoping that I won't have to change my diet, much, but just eat smaller portions. Is that possible?
