What kind of daily Vitamins do you take? I was taking GNC megavitains but I found them difficult to swallow then I tried a liquid Vitamin that was better but I was ordering them online and they were pretty pricey with the shipping and handling for a one month supply now I'm trying a Gummy chewable but I don't think they have enough vitamins in them. I was wondering what you were taking.

I have a couple of questions first one is I was wondering if it's normal that my first week (after surgery) I lost weight but I have not lost anything since, I have been going back and forth up and down 2-3 pounds. I can't figure out why the up and down and have not lost anymore. My other question is (I know it's still early-too soon) because I am just starting my "soft" food stage but I was just wondering when everyone started salad. Thanks inadvance

First time poster here. I'm being banded on April 1 so on tuesday I have to start on my clear liquid diet and my question is if there is a difference in Soup broth or soup stock? I went shopping yesterday to get my Jello and clear broth but the store only had stock so I didn't know if they are the same or not. I've been waiting too long to get this wrong now and have to delay my date. Thanks
