beef broth is much better than chicken broth in my opinion. drink lots of ice water. also, a food processor can do amazing things

Congrats! I learned today that there are these things called protein bullets at gnc. protein in a capsule form. that may be something you may want to try. Good luck! -

you have to be ready for it. i LOVE to eat. i was banded 2 months ago and don't regret a bit. i was a bad coke drinker. i think that was the hardest but you get over it. remember nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. lol. if you are ready to commit go for it -

This should not be an issue. I take synthroid myself and it was not a factor in approving my surgery. hope this helps!
