Proud Mommy, hi, I'm Ida Kay and I was banded on July 3rd. I also could not lye down in bed for aleast a week, than it got better and now I can sleep in bed with no problems. I started off eating cottage cheese, applesauce, jello, popsicles. That's if you like this stuff and also Tilapia (fish) I have found a new friend in fish (that's if you like fish) you just have to try different things that is small and can be mushed for awhile. Heck, I was on a liquid diet for almost 2 weeks after surgery and I was ready to eat, so when I went back to Dr. he let me go to the next stage.
