noticed you are from keller i just moved away from keller about 6 months ago. loved the area i also went to 24 hour fitness on the western center blvd. and love my bodybugg!!!!

thanks! not to bad but not sure about it really right now. its been alittle over two weeks and still cant fit into my normal jeans or even my fat jeans which i dont understand. but the procedure went great. wasnt as painful as people put it out to be. if it is i didnt feel it just had drains for a week and that bugged me the most of all. also i had a painpump so that prob contributed to not having as much pain as other. im up and walking been going to the gym and actually walking on the treadmill since its easier to hold onto something and walk then trying to walk hunched over for a long period of time.

read your comment on meagans profile and wanted to say when you get banded you can not be a binge eater you prob heard it all but never bad to hear it again... the band suppose to stop you from overeating but there is so many ways to over eat that its crazy... you really have to be mentally ready to change your life with the lap band sadly its not a miracle band or an easy journey excercise is a main key and so is learning to eat healthier...

sorry i just got your email... i didnt have a way to reply back to you wouldnt let me actually.... but if you like i can see what i can do to help. there are alot of things to consider. as in how much do you need to lose how much you are eating and how much you are exercising one thing i might offer is a bodybugg this helped me alot in finding out how many calories i was burning also how many calories i was intaking. let me know how things turn out and if you need anything please just email me at karen_ktn@yahoo.com

thanks.. yes excerise is great one thing i learned this past year is that the weight just creeps up on us through the years and taking it off and keeping it off is the hard part and takes time and alot of dedication even if we are banded. so yes i say excerise. in a few months of regular excerise you will notice your energy your stamina and your health improve so much. its amazing on how much alittle excerise can do for you. try it out for a few months and i can pretty much say you will be addicted to it and it will become a second nature thing for you..

hey i excerise alot and i actually have a personal trainer for the past year. she is great and i love her i work on my core and toning with her 3 times a week and i do cardio on my own. i'm actually one lb away from my 100lb weight loss. whoo hoo.... i got about 15 to go but the rate im going ill prob not make it til christmast lol
