    Hey darlin! I hope you are doing great! I am so excited for you about your loss :) After my first fill... I was on clear liquids for 2 days, then full liquids for 2 days, then soft food for 3 or so... then back to regular food. Seems like if you are on track with your fills... about the time you get back to real food it's time for another fill... LOL. I look forward to hearing what you think and how you feel! It really is a breeze! JUST REMEMBER TO SIP!!!! :) :) :)
