This sounds like what your first response should have been, not the negative one you chimed in on. You will se once banded (or never banded) when you are TRYING to make life style changes, everyday is not going to be your IDEAL day. We post here to take accountability for what we are eating. Sometimes it helps to see it in writing what you're putting in your body. If most of us did this to begin with, we wouldn't have needed the band.

I started exercising 4 days after. I was feeling fine, and wasn't in any pain. I took it real slow, only did about 15 minutes each on the treadmill and eliptical. I then pumped it up, I know go 5 times a week for 1 hr. I see a trainer twice a week. I'm 6 weeks out, last time I weighed I had lost 20 pounds. I have lost way more inches. Went shopping today, I can't fit any of my clothes:thumbup::thumbup:

When I first got banded, I took really simple things to work, just to get used to what I could tolerate and what I couldn't. I would make a batch of Soup (white chili, taco soup, cioppino) anything that was maily broth based with a lot of Protein. I love to cook, so that was better for me rather than trying to find some pre-packaged stuff that I wouldn't like. Try the tostito's spinach dip (2 tblspoons with a can of chicken) it is so good, I eat it with ww wasa crisps. I'm glad you guys will be making "muffins" this weekend.. Luluc I will definetly be making potstickers. I tried a new version of the "muffins", I call them chili cheese muffins(really good) ground turkey, onion, garlic, all of your favorite chili spices, little tomato paste, egg beater, cheese bake until done. I topped them off will a little homemade chili, ff sour cream and green onions... yum-o:tt2:

it's a muffin without the bread. The egg bakes around the other ingredients, it comes out like a muffin. The other day I made a taco version with ground turkey, chili powder, onions, garlic, cumin, oregano, tomatoes, taco sauce shredded cheese. When it was all done I split it open added salsa and ff sour cream, green onions:tt2::sad:
