I'm 14 months post op and struggling. Feels like the restriction is barely there. But....I haven't been 100% on track. Grazing a lot, not taking vitamins, not exercising, not a great water intake. Who else is struggling this far out? Any recommendations? Needing some encouragement. Do you think I've messed up my surgery? 😩
