  1. I had surgery the end of May. I have been ill, throwing up, chills, and fever. Do I need to worry about a leak? I have done really well, 250 to 193 pounds May to Now. First time getting sick.

  5. I have a really hard time getting my twins, teenager, and myself feed in the mornings. Last school year, I would have a low carb slim fast. My husband did not think this was a good idea. By the end of the school year, I quit and tried taking cottage cheese and chicken chunks. I sometimes had the time to eat it when my students had their breakfast break. Is a low carb slim fast ok, or is there a better product out there that I should be taking? Or do I try harder at finding a different food source?

Lap Band Fills / Adjustment Info

I got my band August 2007, and my First fill of 1cc a month and a half after surgery. I wanted to make sure I had my eating potions and not drinking water during meals under control. Now I'm heading into my one year mark and I have not lost the weight like others have. I'm hoping that the doctor will put in 2cc at this next fll. I'm afraid that I have waited to long and that the weight will not come off like it would if I had multiple fills prior. What do any of you think? I was never told of a fill schedule just the first month and then as needed. I never could understand the as needed part. Could any of you explain the perfect fil. When your at the fill you should be.
