I hope your surgery went well. I have postponed the date of my surgery. Far too many issues going on right now and I will now be banded on August 28th.

Does anyone know how many cups of food your stomach can hold after surgery?

YOU GUESS ARE MAKING OUT WELL, I CAN ONLY HAVE 1,000 CALORIES A DAY 50 GRAMS OF PROTEIN. NO MORE THAN 35 GRAMS OF FAT DAILY. SO THAT CONSISTS OF SHAKES ALL DAY.SUGAR FREE BEVERAGES,CRYTAL LIGHT DIET SNAPPLE,BROTH,S.F. JELLO AND LIMITED TO 2 CUPS OF VEGGIES STEAMED,BOILED, OR GRILLED. LETTUCE,SPINANACH,CUCMBER,ONION,TOMATO,BROCCOLI,CARROTS,STRING BEANS THATS IT. FOR 14 DAYS. THANK GOD I HAVE 5 DAYS TO GO. -

THIS LIQUID DIET WAS THE WORST THING EVER, I THOUGHT GIVING UP NEWPORTS WERE HARD. BUT THIS.WEPH!!!!. SHRINKAGE OF THE LIVER TO MAKE THE SURGERY EASIER HELPS. congrats, i'm proud of you. I started liquids on july 15. My surgery is july 29 and i'm losing my mind totally. How do you do liquids for so long. I'm always hurgury. -

Hey amber, i'm so feeling like you i don't know what to do . Today is sunday my doctor cannot be reached and i'm about to lose my mind instead of my lbs. I've been up since 7 am i's 11:20 and i've had 2 shakes a glass of waer and a bole of die snapple and i'm sill hungry. What should i do ????????????
