Hi Cindy - you are doing so well! I on the other hand am a slow loser! I had my last fill in March and have not been back for another one since! I need to make that appt. I have lost 30 lbs. I feel great and am excersising daily - i just wish it would come off faster! lol.. but slow is good. Just wanted to say you are looking great and keep up the good work. OK off to call Dr. Cook..... I need motivation and support but cant drive to hickory all the time... maybe i just should! Diana in Troutman.
