today I am having some day but I am not going to let it get to me. I am going to turn this negative into a positive by aiming for the 60 mile bench mark! after a good cry 1st...lol

Had a very productive today and I am feeling good about it. Now going to do some exercise to get rid of these pounds including my walk for the 60 mile bench mark trying to reach by the end of month :-)

I am cutting back on food and doing okay...just need to step up my game on exercising. Going to try to do some tonight....How are ya'll doing?

Now I am having a salad (Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers & tuna fish) yummy! Trying to stay fit & healthy is the word!
