I just wanted to stop by and say hello to everyone. I stumbled across this site while doing a little homework on the lap band surgery. This is such a wonderful community for people about to go through/going through lap band. I haven't had the surgery yet, still in the research part. After everything I have read (mostly good ,some terrifying) I would be ready to go and get the surgery tommorow except for one concern I have. I'm going to school for culinary arts and I have read that every bite counts what will I do when I have to taste dishes I'm cooking? I want so much to do this right and I'm worried this will affect my results. Does anyone else work in the food industry?
