I would tell everyone to talk to their doctor or your dietician. I have found in my research that there is "NO STANDARD" diet that ALL doctors follow. Each doctor has his own diet plan he wants you to follow. No diet is the same from one Doctor to Another. When I have a question about any foods that I can eat I always call my dietician....there is No extra cost to you and I always get an answer within a few days or that same day. In my opinion this is the best advice that anyone here could give:thumbup: REMEMBER THE ONLY STUPID QUESTION IS THE ONE YOU DO NOT ASK:w00t:

Hi All I started my liquid diet on aug 1st. and was banded aug 15. I could not be more Happier!! As of sept 11, I went from 367 down to 323. and my Bmi went from 47 down to 43. I am feeling great. I will say a Prayer for all of you and for your success. :wink_smile::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::cool2::thumbup::tt2::thumbup::tt2::thumbup:

I like how Everone blames Bush for everything ......LOL soon you will all blame him for 911 or Hurricane katrina. Do you remember the country blaming him for NOT going to war Sooner than he did????? 30 days after 911 people were crying because he did nothing but get intelegence from his cabinate! And this demacratic No DO congress !!! 9% approval rating is a JOKE!!! So blame your selves for voting losers into office!! From the President on down to your local government. And also remember former President Clinton Pushed and Signed the NAFTA trade agreement that Bush has to enforce............ I will be waiting for the Bombs to drop my way .........LOL

Hey everyone I was banded on 15 august. I started my liquid diet on 1st of august and as of sept 12 , I went from 367lbs to 325lbs. I could not be any Happier with my results!!!!!!!!! I am starting my puree diet tomorrow and hope to keep losing weight as I keep learning to rethink how I eat. I am hoping to reach my goal of 300lbs by thanksgiving..... Good luck to everyone .....Well time to walk the Dog and get more exercise...:*)

I am scheduled for my finial visit with Doctor Stanish on july 29. The closer the date comes the more apprehensive I get, and Doubts sometimes come up. I just wish i did NOt have to wait so long for the apointment. But I am also getting Excited and can not wait to get Started. I live in St. John Indiana.
