Finally!!! Dropped all the water weight and down 4.5lb from surgery weight. 😁 everything is going great, I feel much better almost like I'm doing a cleanse. My joins don't hurt, brain fog feels lifted,I have the WANT so go do things, this amazing! -

My surgery is December 17th in Mexico at OCC( obesity control center ). I have been reading a lot on here and I'm noticing a lot of variances as to when people start their liquid diets. I was instructed liquid diet for 2 days prior to surgery but some of you are on the liquid for up to a month..... SHeesh!! Anyone know why? -

I have heard FB is popular for this kind of chat, but I don't have FB. OCC cost a bit more but they are very worth it! I am not sure about the boarder crossing requirements... Ugg.... I have been reading everything I can find about it but it changes SO much from month to month. -
